I. General Information
In accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act as of 27 April 2016, Article 13 (Dz. Urz. UE L 119 z 04.05.2016), the administrator of your personal data is CATIPACK s.c., based in Kazuń Nowy, at Fort Ordona Street 6, 05-152 Kazuń Nowy, NIP 531-16-86-864, REGON 145300304.

in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act as of 27 April 2016: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. 1

4) you have the right to request access to personal data, the right to correct data, delete data or to
limit the processing of data, the right to the withdrawal of consent and the right to data tranfer,
5) you have the right to make a complaint to the supervisory body,
6) providing personal data is voluntary.
II. Cookies Policy
The Service uses cookies. Cookie files (called „cookies”) are data files, in particular text files, which are stored in the terminal device of the Service user and are intended for the use of the Service websites. „Cookies” usually include the name of their original website, their storage time in the terminal device and the unique number. The entity that places „cookies” on the terminal device of the Service User and has access to the cookie files is the Service Operator. Cookie files are used for the purpose to create statistics that provide information on how the Service Users use different websites, which allows to improve their structure and content; maintain the user session of the website (after logging in), thanks to which the user doesn’t have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the website and to define the User’s profile to provide him with advertising content more tailored to his interests by advertising networks, in particular Google. There are two kind of cookies used by the Service: „session cookies” and „persistent cookies”. „Session cookies” are temporary files, that are stored in the User’s terminal device until he logs out, leaves the website or disables the web browser. „Persistent” cookie files are stored on a user’s end device for a defined time, which is determined by the parameter contained in the cookie file, or until the user deletes them. The browser software (Internet browser) usually allows to storing cookies in the terminal device of the Service User by default. The Service Users may change the settings in that respect. The Internet browser allows to remove cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies.The detailed information about it may be found in the Help section or in the documentation of the Internet browser. The level of restrictions on the use of „cookies” may affect some functionalities available on the Service websites. The cookie files stored in the terminal device of the Service User may also be used by the advertisers and partners working with the Service Operator. We strongly advise you to read the privacy policy of such companies in order to be aware of the rules of using cookies for the statistical purposes: Google Analytics Privacy Policy. Cookie files can be used by advertising network, in particular Google, to provide advertising content adjusted to the way the User uses the Service. For this purpose they may keep the information about the user’s navigation path (history trail) or about the time the user stays on a particular website. With respect to the information about the user’s preferences collected by Google advertising network, the User may view and edit the information stored with cookies by using the following tools: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
III. Server Logs
Information on some Users’ activities is subject to logging in the server layer. Such data are only used for service administration purposes and to ensure the most efficient hosting services. The viewed resources are identified through URL addresses. Furthermore, the following information may be stored: time of query, time of reply, name of client’s station ¬– identification made through HTTP protocol, information about errors that occured during the HTTP transaction, URL address of the website previously visited by the User (referrer link) – in case when the User was directed to the Service by a link, information about the User’s browser, information about IP address. The above data is not associated with particular persons who visit certain websites. The above data is used only for server administration purposes.
IV. Disclosing and outsourcing of data processing
The data are subject to disclosure to external entities exclusively within the legally permitted limits. Data enabling the identification of a person are made available with the consent of this person.The Operator may be obliged to disclose the information collected by the Service to the bodies authorized on the basis of the tasks as resulting from the task.
V. Management of cookies – How to give or evoke consent in practice?
If the user does not wish to receive cookies, he/she may change the browser settings. We reserve that opting out of the use of cookies performance necessary for the authentication processes, security and maintaining User’s preferences may make it difficult, and in extreme cases may prevent the User from using the website.
VI. Copyright Clause of Catipack s.c.
All content of the presented website and the Newsletter with it’s elements, in particular photographs, are owned by CATIPACK s.c., based in Kazuń Nowy and are objects to copyright in accordance to the Copyright Act as of 4 February 1994, concerning copyright law regulations and related rights (Dz. U. Nr 90, poz. 631). Any content, no matter the form, is protected by copyright law and can not be dostributed or in any way copied (digital, mechanical or other) without a written permission by Catipack s.c. under pain of civil and criminal liability.
